Overview


Cyret’s Train and Deploy program is aimed towards creating well-trained, efficient professional Oracle and JD Edwards resources for the market place. This program is geared to create new talent and resources by providing specific, customized training and placements for companies that require industry professionals. The resources who evolve from the program are fully trained and ‘Ready to Hire’.

  • Stage 1 - Candidates
    • Cyret hires candidates
    • Candidates with Industry experience or Technology experience
  • Stage 2 - Training & Certification
    • Cyret provides candidates with Functional Training, Technical Training or Both based on the needs
    • Cyret does the candidate readiness and certification
    • Provide candidates with Hands-On projects
  • Stage 3 - Deployment
    • Hire fully trained and ready to “hit the ground running” candidates
    • New Hires can begin with limited orientation
    • Significant reduction in Time to Productivity
    • Planned Bench cost transitioned from Cyret

CNC Module


  • Selection Process
    Short Listed candidates will undergo the following selection process:
    • Aptitude Test
    • Domain Evaluation
    • HR Interview
    • Candidates securing 60% and above in the above evaluation will be considered for training

Training Methodology:

Training on JDE Application will be full time Monday to Friday , if required on Saturdays / Sundays and Holidays for 3 months including hands on practice.

Candidates securing 70% or more in post training evaluation will be considered for employment on board with Cyret at any of its locations, subject to policy, terms and conditions governed from time to time as defined by Cyret Management.
