As part of the engagement, Cyret will support the customer through our global support delivery model, which will be managed by our expert team of JD Edwards resources. Our shared support model consists of support teams, HelpDesk ticketing systems and escalation SLA’s, which ensure the customer is supported 24/7. Our customer is known for producing high quality generic medicines. It is involved in various pharmaceutical operations like API, R&D and Formulation.
