Cyret has signed an annual contract to provide shared support services to our customer in Singapore. The engagement covers the JD Edwards Finance, CNC and Technical modules. As part of theengagement, Cyret will support the customer through out global support delivery model, which will be managed by our expert team of JD Edwards resources. Our shared support model consists of support teams, HelpDesk ticketing systems and escalations SLA’s, which ensure the customer, is supported 24/7.
