Client is a Sri Lankan retail, FMCG, banking and restaurant company which is also listed in Colombo Stock Exchange. Client distributes both its own manufactured brands as well as internationally renowned food and non-food brands, additionally client’s business extends to different sectors like retail, e-commerce, restaurants, financial services, agri-business, distribution, entertainment, etc.
We at Cyret had the opportunity to assist the client for migrating and upgrading their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) JD Edwards 9.1 on premise instance to JDE 9.2 on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), JDE has been implemented in their subsidiaries as well. Our solution enriched customer experience and provided them with new features access such as form personalization, watchlists, notifications, and Café One.
